15 September 2025On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the signing of the constitution with entirely public share capital dedicated to the integrated and participatory management of a Renewable Energy Community (CER), involving 17 local authorities in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The driving force behind this process is the Friuli Hill Community which, with its sixteen municipalities – Buja, Colloredo di Monte Albano, Coseano, Dignano, Fagagna, Flaibano, Forgaria nel Friuli, Majano, Moruzzo, Osoppo, Pagnacco, Ragogna, Rive d’Arcano, San Daniele del Friuli, San Vito di Fagagna and Treppo Grande – will sign the notarial deed on 17 September 2025 that will give life to an innovative model of territorial energy governance: the RECOCER Foundation (Coordinated Directorate for Renewable Energy Communities).
